In 2024, after the retirement of David White, Ben Burgess, a long standing team member stepped up as our Managing Director.

With Ben's leadership he has ushered our company into a new era with the rebrand to Ballarat Security Operations.

Ben Burgess - Managing Director

Ben, a Ballarat native, is a well-known and respected businessman in the security industry. Coming from a "security family" with both his father and brother in the field, Ben has over 10 years of front-line experience. In 2024, he took a bold step to make Ballarat Security Operations his own. When he’s not busy (which is rare), you’ll find him enjoying time with his partner, family, and likely relaxing by a campfire.
